Ruud van Andel

Amsterdam, 1957

Since 1992 Ruud has worked as an actor and trainer in communication, personal development, assessments, interactive theatre, acts and individual coaching.

After his studies at the Theaterschool in Amsterdam, he performed in over 25 stage productions, i.e. with FACT, Onafhankelijk Toneel, Stella and Growing Up In Public. He went on to work in Dutch TV series as GTST, Bureau Kruislaan, Westenwind, Ernstige Delicten, and in a number of commercials and corporate video's. He has written scripts for stage productions, cooperated in writing scripts for the TV series Medisch Centrum West and for a number of youth series for VPRO television. He has also produced scenarios for corporate and publicity films, acts and interactive theatre.

Ruud lives in Amsterdam with his wife Inge and loves skiing and scuba diving. In their spare time he and Inge like to trot the globe.
